The Les Schwab Pride in Performance Award is an award given to one outstanding Special Olympics Oregon athlete and one volunteer at the end of each sports season. Winners are recognized by a Les Schwab employee who comes to present the awards during each State Games ceremony. These awards, a tribute to the legacy of the iconic Les Schwab, continue to celebrate those who have shown outstanding courage and accomplishments during each games season.
